Seminar Refund Policy
Should you need to cancel your Seminar registration, contact the 3to1 Foundation Director, 972-764-6524. Note the refund policy for the following venues:
Plano, Texas Conference Center: Seminar registration fees will be refunded in full, if notice is given two weeks prior to the Seminar. Within two weeks of the Seminar, the registration fee will be held for a future Seminar.
Other Venue: Seminar fees are refunded in full, if notice is given one month before the Seminar. Within one month of the Seminar, the Seminar fee will be refunded less the venue charge. (Note that Seminar fees are transferable to another attendees.)
The 3to1 Foundation is committed to providing a safe and secure online experience. We collect contact and shipping information (such as name, address, e-mail) and financial information (such as account or credit card numbers). Contact information is generally used to process membership enrollments, donations and seminar registrations, and to contact you and send information about our organization. Financial information that is collected is used to bill or process credit cards for payment of membership enrollments, donations and seminar registrations. Information collected from applicants to the 3to1 Foundaiton Scholarship will be kept private and will only be used to determine the status of their application. The Foundation employs the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to assure that your credit card information will be transmitted in encrypted form.
The 3to1 Foundation does not share or sell any of your personal information collected during the check-out process and will not sell your contact information. We may share your contact information (name, address, e-mail) with companies that are affiliated or have some common ownership with the Foundation, to be used in marketing other services to you.
The 3to1 Foundation may decide from time to time to utilize a number of business and marketing partners in delivering our products or services to you. We may share certain non-financial information with these partners for any lawful purpose, including to communicate with you or to fulfill your request for our services. We and/or our business partners may also produce reports on web-site traffic or usage patterns and share these reports with our business partners.
The 3to1 Foundation may disclose collected Information to the proper authorities if we become subject to a subpoena or court order, or if we are otherwise legally required to disclose such information. We may also use and disclose information about you to establish or exercise our legal rights, to enforce our business terms, to assert and defend against legal claims, or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take other action regarding actual or suspected illegal or fraudulent activities or potential threats to the physical safety or well-being of any person.
