The most valuable thing I learned at the Accumulating Wealth Seminar was the importance of saving money. Prior to the seminar, I really never thought much about saving, let alone saving for retirement, but through the interactive explanation and a binder full of everything we discussed over the two days to keep, I know that my overall perception of money has been changed for the better. I would definitely recommend the seminar to anyone, particularly young people like me who never took a finance or accounting class. Even though I had limited prior knowledge I was really able to relate and understand the value of the advice given. What I found to be the most useful was the concept of goal setting—you can’t plan for your future without thinking about what you want to accomplish and how you are going to get there.
